"Orders some for my grandmother and had such a wonderful experience. Please call them directly to put through an order though. Very nice personal touch they provided. Highly recommended!!"
"I ordered a large (more expensive) arrangement from a very popular flower delivery service only to find out that this place fulfilled that order. The flowers looked nothing like what I received - the flowers I ordered were supposed to be colorful and be in a much larger vase and a larger arrangement in general. What I received was a dinky little excuse for Mother’s Day arrangement. It was embarrassing giving these to my mother. Imagine if this happened in ordering flowers for a grievance? How insulting that would have been. Not only do the flowers not match what was ordered, (which is understandable when using an outside ordering system) but aside from the arrangement being so small, the comment card did not at all reflect what we asked to be written. Plus, it was handwritten and not typed. With that I wonder - does the florist give less care to orders that are purchase through another ordering service? Either way, this is a bad reflection on both parts."
"Ordered flowers for my wife through 1800 flowers. Limerick Florist was the local florist that delivered them, and they were nice. However the damage to my yard from their delivery driver; their driver just leaving with no mention of the damage, and the trip to the location to talk to the owner about it, being told I'll hear back from them (never did, has been 5 days) has left me pretty sour on Limerick Florist. Photos of the massive ruts, and the mud that was thrown by spinning tires from my yard on my driveway are what's pictured. In the event the owner replies with "it wasn't my driver", there's security camera footage of the driver arriving, getting the flowers out of his trunk, and then leaving. He attempted to make an 8 point turn in the narrowest part of my driveway, appears to just give up and drives through the extremely soft and moist yard creating the damage in these pics. The worst part - Had the driver owned his failure to operate his vehicle in a manner that would be reasonable and came back and said "Hey, I really eff'd up your yard".... The ownership of it and apology would have been sufficient. Further, had the owner called back and been even remotely concerned, this review wouldn't be here. However, neither of these are the case, so now it's out there - if you want to avoid the potential for damage to your yard, you might want to avoid Limerick Florist. The flowers were nice though."
"My son ordered these flowers for my daughter. They were to be delivered yesterday, but never showed-up. He called to check on them, and have them delivered today. They were then left outside in an equipment pole barn, rather than the driver bringing them to the house. As you can see, they're wilted and not looking so good!! I haven't heard from him yet, to see if they match the picture he saw, but I'm not impressed at all!! He did use another website to place the order, but this florist fulfilled it...and didn't do a very good job, unfortunately. The flowers would've been pretty, but when several of them are dead...that's not pretty at all!!! Based on this experience, I'd never use this florist, or that website again!!!"
"Absolutely terrible! Don’t go here! My flowers “couldn’t be found” when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, even though the flowers were ordered several days in advance and they charged my credit card! I was told the manager would call me back. 4 hours later and he still hasn’t called. I had to order the flowers elsewhere at Wendy’s Flowers in Boyertown, PA. Wendy’s Flowers really helped me out, even with a last minute order. Now I am hopeful that the charges on my credit card will be credited back. If not, I’ll refute the charges anyway with my credit card company. No way I’m paying for flowers that I never received!!"
