"Ms. Watson is perceptive, understanding, and patient. We saw her for couple's counseling, and she greatly helped us improve our communication and build trust in our relationship. She is also very generous with her time. There were a couple times when the front door was locked, and we ended up waiting outside or in our car for up to 10 minutes. However, Ms. Watson was also apologetic and moved the conversation promptly to our session. I strongly recommend her as an option for couple's or individuals looking to understand themselves and make their lives better."

"Pros: Ms. Watson is very patient, understanding, and extremely attentive. I've been with her since December 2017 and rarely does she forget something about me. She's also very kind. Cons: it's a small office of just one person. When I first started visiting, there was a receptionist. However, the receptionist quit and she was never replaced. That was over 6mos ago. Because there are no other counselors or front desk staff, scheduling is verrrryyyyyyyy tight, emails and voicemails are not responded to promptly, and sometimes the front door is locked when Ms. Watson is in a session so you have to wait outside. Oh, you're only allowed to cancel/reschedule an appointment once every six months. If you violate this policy, you are subject to losing your standing appointment. If you're okay with limited scheduling options, then it's a great place."
