"Not a good experience! I placed an order online on 12/19 for a 12/22 delivery. I called on the 23rd as my friend still had not received the delivery and they could not tell me a status on my order because “there were too many orders to sort through right now” but was told their goal was to deliver everything by Christmas Eve. It is now 12/27 and my friend still has not received their almost $100 flower delivery and we are a week out from the original order date. I called on 12/27 for a refund, such a HUGE disappointment this place was, with no explanation to why they failed to deliver my order, no apology for the inconvenience, but they agreed to refund me my money which will now take 2-10 business days because of their shortcomings. They need to modernize their tracking system so when people call they can find out a status of their order. Had I known it would not deliver by Christmas I could have cancelled and re-ordered from a different flower shop. HUGE disappointment and lacks customer service."

"This was, BY FAR, the BEST experience I've ever had when ordering flowers. I've lived all over New England because of my girlfriends job so I've always bounced from florist to florist, never really having a great experience at any of those shops... UNTIL TODAY. Today is my 4-year Anniversary and my girlfriend was about 1.5 hours from home for work. A quick google search brought me a few options, but the reviews for this place were significantly better, so I called. Rick Niznik (the man I spoke to) was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Not only did he tell me that they would deliver before 5pm (when she leaves), but he also helped me select the best combination of flowers for my special person. I gave him my budget and he assured me they would look amazing (see attached photo). Well, they DO look amazing and they delivered within THE HOUR! That's insane! Rick, again, you're the man and I wish every florist was a FRACTION of who you are. If you're reading this review and thinking about purchasing from this business, STOP READING AND JUST DO IT! You will thank yourself later and so will your significant other."
