"I don't know how they are now, but when I was going to this facility back in 2014, it was absolutely horrible. I was talked to as if I am mentally retarded and one of the physical there laughed at me while I was initially examined (in regards to my knee pain). I actually have osteoarthritis in BOTH KNEES and it's not a laughing matter at all."
