"I have been through many therapists, to the point where I gave up trying to find one. I eventually realized I had to try everything in my power to get better and I finally found Sara. I have been Sara’s patient for almost 6 years. She embraces a welcoming approach and is incredibly empathetic. She is intelligent, knowledgeable and has common sense. I really like that not once Sara has actually told me what I should do but rather she guides you to make your own decisions. I feel more comfortable opening up to Sara than I ever have felt with anybody else. Sara is very easily reached and is accommodating. Not once has she ever told me I needed to come in for another appointment but rather she asks when and if you would like another session. I feel in control of my own treatment and Sara is open to suggestions and cooperates with other healthcare professionals."
