"On two separate occasions they cancelled my appointment the day before and said I could reschedule for several weeks out. When I said okay can you write me another prescription in the meantime they said no we can’t without an appointment. Literally how is that my fault? Had to get another psychiatrist just to bridge the gap between Gladstone’s issues. And don’t expect to get their receptionist on the phone, that’s too much to ask for."

"I did receive a call and apology for this: I would not recommend this place, I had an appointment on a Saturday with a psychiatrist but was never sent a link to the call. When I called to ask what happened, I was given excuses. Otherwise the app was nice and the forms were easy to fill out. I just wouldn’t recommend a weekend appointment and you’ll have to remind the receptionist to give you your link in due time before the appointment."

"Genuinely cares about their patients (which is a big deal), organized, responsive, and clean I work as a clinician so I am writing from the perspective of a hospital staff member coming to this practice as a patient. I saw Dr. Khanna for 3 years for anxiety. I have graduated from my medicine and no longer need to go anymore so I am writing a review about my experience. At first I was hesitant to take medicine, but at the time I needed to give it a shot. She did not just throw medicine at me and tell me to take it. She talked to me about all options and we decided together what would be best. She recommended other activities that I could try that would help me improve my mental health. Eventually I gained a toolbox to make titrating off my medicine a successful and celebratory experience. Staff are professional, organized, and genuine. My whole experience, I felt comfortable going to the office and seeing the staff and getting treatment. It is worth coming here. I trust this practice"
