"Don't waste your time with this place, they overcharge you and then never refund you back what you are owed and the quality of service is not worth the trouble either. In terms of the refund, I have probably called the billing department about 10 times and more often than not, no one picks up the phone and I am asked to leave a message. But being the terrible billing department it is, the voicemail is full and I can't do anything. And the few times that someone actually picked up the phone, they mention they are not in the office and ask to text them the details to a separate phone number and they will check later. And even after doing that a couple of times, I still haven't received any response, let alone a refund."
