"Remembering to relax their pelvic floor was amazing. Sometimes with potty training it can be easy to become impatient, especially if it feels like they are using it as a means to delay nap/bed. But the technique of blowing air out of their mouth, was a great tip. I potty trained 2 kids previously who are now 15 and 13 y/o but this tip to help them relax was so beneficial for our 2 year old.
