"I was looking for frames. In the style and size I needed, there were only 2 on the shelf. When I asked the associate if there were more in the back, he said probably but indicated he wasn't willing to go look. I needed things from another part of the store, but there were no other associates around to help me. The best thing about my visit was the cashier named Moody. He was sweet and warm. I really enjoyed meeting him. Oh, another thing--the store needs bigger bags for customer purchases."

"I was at the Gainesville location this past Sunday and a very well informed and polite team member, Andrew, helped me find some sensible fall wreaths that would stand up to the direct sunlight on my front door. Not only did Andrew tell me where the wreaths were, but he also told me about some coupons I could locate on my phone. It was so refreshing to receive quality service from a young employee!"

"Just walked in at 650. Store is open until 7. They all stared at me like i was doing something terrible and said we are closing do you know what you’re looking for, very rudely. I said I’ll come back and they said ok bye. That’s not how you treat customers especially when you are OPEN UNTIL 7 not 650. There was three of them so one has to be a manager which makes it more disappointing. What a terrible experience."

"I really like this place. Such A wide selection of products. Baking supplies, decorations galore, each season. They even have some wood working supplies! Make your own jewelry, yarn. Tons of art supplies. Paint, sketching, you name it. I especially enjoy their end of season prices. Can't beat it!"
