"Phenomenal customer service. Called a few places in the area trying to get my hands on an upper radiator hose. Finally called Napa at 11am and spoke to Mike. He said they didnt have the part but had it at another location. He asked where I was coming from and said hed send a driver to get the part which saved me an extra 30 minutes and the stress of driving into Manassas. He said to call back in 1.5 hours to confirm the driver was back. Called back at almost exactly 1.5 hrs and the driver was walking through the door with the part. Now I can have this car back on the road today instead of wednesday or thursday waiting on a simple part. Thanks again Mike!"
