"Not very happy with this place. Unfortunately I wasn’t there long. I started seeing one of the therapists there named Terry. After a few weeks of counseling I missed an appointment by accident. I had one schedule for the next week already and when I got there I was told that the first missed appointment is a freebie but after that you have to pay which is fine and standard policy. But my gripe was that the therapist never called me to ask if I was okay. Typically when you miss an appointment with a mental health care provider they call to make sure you’re alright and ask why you missed. A few more weeks went past and I had a work emergency and wasn’t able to make it to my appointment. I did not have one scheduled for the next week. I waited to see if she would call me, not because of laziness but to see if she actually gave a damn about me. She never called me to ask if I was alright even though she knew I was in crisis and having constant panic attacks and anxiety. All she did was send a bill to my house for that missed appointment and that was it. I felt like she didn’t care about me didn’t want to know she just wanted to get paid. I wouldn’t suggest going here. Or at least seeing her. But if their office policies are all the same I would say no to coming here for help because you won’t find it."
