"This was the worst massage (if you can call it that) that I've ever experienced. I got the refurb which was just her putting a couple hot towels on my face and feet plus a rub down. This woman has no technique for massage. The entire time was just rubbing lotion on me very gently. No massage of the muscles, no tension release, nothing. Plus the atmosphere is horrific. It's in a basement with just a curtain. It was so awkward walking in when she had another client behind the curtain. I couldn't wait for it to be over. 100% do not recommend."

"I first contacted Nettie's at 6 in the morning not expecting a reply so quickly not only did she answer me in a fine fashion, but she scheduled a surprise Sunday appointment for me after coordinating with her other masseuse they were fantastic the building is a great setting friendly faces and that foot rub is stellar... we had an amazing experience and I recommend them to anybody!!!.... a happy birthday for her indeed...."
