"The work was good, no complaints there. But, after checking my dash cam footage, I was disappointed at the disrespect the mechanics have for the customers. My car isn’t the best, but it’s mechanically sound and that’s what matters to me at the moment. Yes I would like to make it look and sound the best it can be, but my father had a heart attack and is struggling to make ends meet, so all of my time, money, and effort, goes towards him, my mother, and little sister. So, when John calls my car crusty to his employees, I take offense to that. John shouldn’t get in trouble for his remarks, I tend to be judgmental at times too. But I would like for him to have a little understanding that the customers he is helping, will come from different walks of life."

"This place is not what it used to be. I had an online reservation, and I still had to wait around for about an hour and a half to two hours for service. The day I was scheduled for service, they didn't have my oil in stock. My husband and I waited around because we were told that the oil was being delivered. The vending machines in the lounge we're completely empty and there weren't any cups out if you wanted coffee, water, or tea. The chairs were old, uncomfortable, and tattered. The floor was also filthy. They only had one station working on the T.V. We waited in the lounge a little over 2 hours, only to be asked to come 2 days later because the wrong oil was delivered. My husband asked if we would still have to wait when we returned in 2 days, and we were told that an oil change usually takes their technicians an hour and a half to 2 hours to evaluate and service the vehicle. The manager on site gave us $20 off because of the delay if we returned. We ended up going to the dealership instead, and they serviced the vehicle immediately and we're much cheaper. I'm not sure if I would use their services again due to the slow service."
