"I should have left a review when this happen but it's been a little while. Last year, I wanted an oil change and them to check to see why I'm not blowing cool air. Just those 2 things were almost $300 which is obnoxious. Then I get a call saying my battery is low and they could change it for an additional $180 and I told them no. Once i told them no, their whole mood changed and proceeded to tell me my car won't start without a jump. Mind you, I never had an issue with the battery or it showing signs that it was no good. One of the guys on the phone said "that just happens sometimes" I don't know a ton about cars but I've changed alot of batteries in vehicles and it always gives you signs that it's time. So, when I got there I asked one of the guys to give me a jump and he had a problem with that so he popped my hood and before he could hook anything up, I started my car to see if they were lying and they were. The guy actually acted like he did something. I also forgot to mention, I just got done spending around $2500 a month before that because of work that needed to be done so for them to treat me that way, I'll never go back to them again. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"Got my tires remounted and balanced because the beads were dirty causing air to leak around the rim. When I got my truck back, I didn't even make it home before one of my tire pressure sensors went out. Took it back and after running around between stores for days, I was told that my wheels and rims are aftermarket, and they can't do anything about it. I've had these tires for over 2 years and never had a problem until they touched them. They refused to replace the one sensor that they clearly damaged all while claiming its just because "they are aftermarket". Do not take your vehicle here if you don't want them causing more damage!"

"From a slow leak to a flat tire, onward to a new tire, NEVER makes for a good day. However, this NTB location saved the day! From a phone call to an exit with a new tire, the entire staff were EXTREMELY professional yet personal. The waiting area/bathroom were pleasant and VERY clean."

"I came in for an alignment on my Nissan Maxima after I had one of my tire rods replaced. While they were doing the alignment, one of my tire rods had broken off(normal wear & tear) and needed to be replaced anyways. Now being in College and just having to do another repair I didn't have the money. I had explained to the manager, Mr. Cam that I needed my car for work that night and to get home for the holidays. Mr. Cam the manager at this NTB worked with me to find parts in my budget without sacrificing the quality of service or the quality of the product. Mr. Michael the shop foreman stayed well after closing to work on my vehicle so I would be able to get to work that night and make it home for Thanksgiving. I waited to make this review because I wanted to give a authentic experience of the quality of work. I can confidently say after driving 300+ miles in a short amount of time for the holidays the car has held up exceptionally well and the alignment is DEAD CENTER. Thank you again to Mr. Cam, Mr. Michael, and the entire NTB team for making this entire experience an amazing one!"
