"I took my car here for a tire rotation/balance/pressure check. It took three hours. The next day in sunlight, it was very apparent that none of the above services were done. They had it up on the lift but I'm not sure what for. It pays to have a dirty car and knowledge of how the brake dust gathers on your front vs. back wheels. And the one newer tire was still in the rear as it was before I dropped off my car. Everything was essentially untouched. Just another day being doubted as a young female!"
