"The owner of NPCC save my behind this morning when I hit a pot hole and blew out a brand new tire. I am an older man and would have been in trouble if he had not removed my tire and placed the spare on my blown front tire. Rarely does anyone do favors like this. He would not take money, or pizza or a gift card. I'm taking all my car care maintenance to North Point Car Care from now on. Incredible!!"

"The intake and the communication in the beginning was all five stars. Shop does not have a way to leave messages and therefore was extremely hard to get through to at times. I Was recommended to this shop for honesty and integrity, but if you are told a “free estimate” would be performed and ask what storage rates are and are told not to worry about them as only knuckleheads get charged storage fees (worked for a processor and know storage fees are made clear up front) then that’s just lying. I asked this specifically because I knew the car would be in there over the holiday as well as dealing with insurance and the auto shop around holidays timeframes don’t always happen the way we want. I decided not to render service here upon receiving my quote because the price was way higher than another mechanic quoted… well the honesty and integrity go out the window. First, the owner is hard to get ahold of because the hours of operations are during my husbands work hours and having nooooo voicemail for a place of business? It’s 2022! Second, upon my insurance company’s request to tow, the owner wanted to charge us $500 for a diagnostic and storage fees…not caring that I had to wait on insurance to process things during a holiday weekend as well. No free estimate and hella storage fees! Do not use this shop if you are filing a claim with insurance as owner didn’t honor his word and my insurance company was not covering 400 in storage fees!!! Upon calling and requesting to know why I was told differently upon drop off I was advised the owner had been trying to reach me for days and he would never tell me anything was free nor did he tell me storage rates were free.I received 2 calls in 12 days and my husband called numerous times but again with no voicemail it’s hard to tell, the owner Wayne screamed at me and said he has called id and I haven’t called him and if I wanted to have a pissing contest he wasnt the one and hung up, unable to explain or say a word about anything, my husband handled it from this point. This shop is for quick same day service and I will not be returning after being billed 500 dollars for diagnostics and storage- talked down to 109 after threatening to call BBB. That should tell you all you need to know!!!! Update: the owner reached out to me personally as he was out at the time of my service. He completely refunded what I was charged apologize sincerely for the way his staff handled the situation of my vehicle and I’d really appreciate it all that Dustin.tried to do to fix the bad experience!!"
