"I ordered some flowers for my sister, who was graduating from Duquesne. I requested them in the red and blue school colors for the occasion. I was worried they would end up looking a little too "patriotic" or out of place, but they were stunning. This picture is after we spent tons of time getting picture with her and the family so they are not as fresh as when I received them, but they were so beautiful. The best bouquet of the entire event!! And the staff was both sweet and helpful. I will be ordering from them again. It was worth every penny."

"I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister's 75th birthday. The person who took the order wrote down the wrong address, and the delivery was not made. I understand that people make mistakes, but they had two opportunities to make it right, and they did not. First of all, when the driver realized the address was wrong, I should have been contacted immediately and the mistake could have been corrected and the flowers delivered. Secondly, when I called the next day to tell them the flowers were not received, they could have offered something -considering it was their mistake- to make it right. Yes, they fulfilled the delivery a day late, but they could have offered a partial refund, a coupon for a free delivery for a future occasion, or even just thrown in a free poinsettia to make up for the fact that they missed the occasion of my sister's birthday. The only offer I received was an assurance that it was a beautiful arrangement."

They worked with me for over 15 minutes to come up with the most unique gift that I've ever seen. It was amazing that they pulled it off.
