"I ordered flowers on a Friday morning for a Saturday morning delivery before noon that I paided extra money for the faster shipping and here we are 4 days later still don’t have flowers I called they said they came to the house Saturday but I have door bell cameras and I was home all day and no one ever showed up. Worse customer service I have ever had the lady on the phone was so ignored"

"Ordered flowers very very early Wednesday morning (like 3am) off the internet website. Ordered flowers for calling hours and asked to have them be delivered before 5PM to the funeral home in Niles the calling hours were. I received an email at 3:38pm on Friday stating that the flowers were delivered. We arrived at the funeral home around 5PM and the flowers were there by the casket and looked so beautiful. I did not take a picture of the flowers at the funeral home but today (next day on Saturday) I did take a picture of the flowers at a luncheon we had in remembrance of our lost loved one. I am very very pleased with the flowers we received and would recommend here to anyone. Attached is a picture of the flowers."

"Ordered flowers for my sister who was in St. Elizabeth’s. Ordered them on a Monday, they were delivered the same day, which I thought was great! She was released from the hospital on Wednesday. Picked her up with so many beautiful arrangements, and then there was the one I ordered. Completely dead, crumpled up dried roses and lilies. I’ve bought flowers from aldi that held up for weeks, I figured flowers from a florist would be amazing. 114.00 dollars for a mediocre at best arrangement. I never post bad reviews, but I will say when I called the number on my online order form, I spoke with a wonderful lady from the Warren store. She was ready to make things right before she even knew the issue. Unfortunately when my mom called this location on Belmont she was to receive a call back, and never did. I’m not from Youngstown, and my family isn’t either, so when they said they would replace the arrangement and we told where we live (over an hour away) nothing was resolved."

"Have a funeral basket made by them and it was so beautiful. Everyone loved them. The manager was very helpful and did and excellent job on them."
