"I ordered my mother with dementia a Valentine's day bouquet to put a smile on her face & what she received was a ridiculously priced bouquet of nothing but carnations, leaves (some had bug bites on them), 2 wilted hydrangeas (which were dead by the next day), and a few pink roses with brown, wilted edges. It also looked like they were just "thrown" in the vase- not much of an arrangement. I am currently unemployed, so this was a huge waste of money for me. I could have made an arrangement out of gas station flowers which would have looked much better than this bouquet. Very disappointed."

"My husband ordered flowers for our 30th wedding anniversary to be sent to my office. The bouquet picture he ordered was a beautiful arrangement of red roses and carnations. What I received was a few roses and carnations. He was charged a ridiculous amount for flowers that were not anything like the picture that they showed, and the bow looked like a 6yr old made it. Giant Eagle/ Walmart has nicer bouquets of flowers than what I received. SAD!!! Burkland Florist should be embarrassed to have their name on the delivery that I received. I would NOT recommend this florist at all!!!!"
