"As a new patient, I was anxious for my appointment especially since I had questions and concerns about getting pregnant. From reception, to nurse, to Dr Hillary Robinowitz-Elon’s exam, I was put at ease. Everyone was very professional, warm and friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a healthcare professional and they didn’t treat me like a number. The Dr. is very honest, confident and passionate about what she does. I’ll continue to give Dr. Hillary Robinowitz-Elon my business because I trust her with my body and I trust her to pass her knowledge and understanding on to me so I can better care for myself. "Terrible experience! Unfortunately, I have no good things to say about this place. First, from the start they told me that I was going to be induced at the end of my pregnancy based on the latest research, even though all my test results were normal, which is crazy and unacceptable! Second, towards the end of my pregnancy I got hemorrhoids and I asked for a prescription and she asked me to get OTC drugs, whereas, my friend's Dr prescribed her a cream and helped her a lot. My husband and I decided, eventually , to change my Dr and I missed two of my appointments at this office and no one even bothered calling me see if I was alright or having any pregnancy issues! Interestingly, today I received an email from them setting an appointment for me to get induced! This is without having seen me twice! Finally, i called them to let them know that I am not going there anymore and a very rude person at the front desk, very unprofessional, hung up the phone on me while i was talking! So, if you don" care how you are treated, then this is the right place for you."

"I felt like the provider, Dr. Elins, wasn't really trying to hear and listen to what I felt was right. She didn't really understand were I was coming from. I somewhat felt judged in a way. I wouldn't want to go back to this provider after that visit. I felt so rushed! I regret going there! I saw her rating online but I came to a conclusion the survey on her profile may not be from her patients/or maybe fake surveys done by someone she knows or maybe they filter them and post the good ones I don't know. Very bad experience!!! I DO NOT recommend her to anyone!!! SAD!!!"

"Dr. Elins has a bed side manner that I have rarely experienced. She is truly kind and connects to her patients. The whole staff, front desk, and nurses have always been kind as well. I love the INOVA portal to ask questions after an appointment too."
