"They were able to take care of our issue very quick and efficiently. Very thorough and knowledgable. Great service! Is definitely our go-to in Martinsburg for any tire issues."
"I went to this place recently and the staff were very professional as well as knowledgeable. I was able to buy 2 like new tires for a decent price and they had me out of there fairly quick. I definitely recommend them for anyone in the area looking for same day quick service on tires for a good price!"
"I stopped in to get 2 tires put on Saturday 9.10.23 and they forgot to tighten 3 out 5 of my lug nuts on the left side. It could have been a bad thing. To fast and not paying attention to what is important. The Hole in the Wall is just like it service ."
"I love this place! We got 4 tires for my husband's GMC Acadia about a year ago. 4 used tires in excellent shape, labor & all! For less than the price of one new tire in Loudoun, VA, where we used to live! They are still great a year later! Today i woke up to a flat tire on our other vehicle. Was able to pump it up & make it to the shop. They are just so friendly & honest. Tire was fine, no nails, no holes, good stem.. seal around the rim is 20 yrs old. Cleaned up & resealed.. checked all other tires, filled spare.. on my way for $24.95! They also told me i had "rare, expensive" tires.. got those elsewhere for a hefty amount.. nice, but vehicle is 20 yrs old & did not need rare or fancy! I swear i never left an Auto Shop in northern virginia before moving to Martinsburg for less than $800, ever! They do all sorts of other work, also. They are my new mechanic! Super worth the drive for out of towners!"
