"I am here to address one thing only and it's too reply to Candice Crosby review. Candice and I were both coworkers and worked approximately 2 years together. Candice is by far the worst coworker I have ever worked with. In the beginning she was fine always kept to herself, but it was ok we were able to work with each other. As time went on she just got so lazy and very rude. She never helped out w/ cleaning not even the lobby which was her job to do. She never took a trash out unless it was shredded paper and even at that she never cleaned up mess and left it there for days. Whenever I had a question on anything she always told me she doesn't know even though she had told me already before. She made the work environment so hostile that the job I really loved started to become uncomfortable for me. Even now that I left I've been told she has gotten worse, and not only that she reeked of fish every single day and shower herself in perfume while sitting at the front desk. Atp she doesn't do anything, she only does what she "pay for" and even that is very minimal. I've expressed to Dr. Wills about her and that keep her in the office is bad for business, but he's a kind a guy and she told him a sob story so he felt bad and kept her. Dr. Wills is a very good doctor. But does need to get it together and finally make a decision about Candice and how he would like to proceed w/ his business in the future."

"10/10 do NOT recommend. The lack of professionalism and cultural competence are uncanny. I DO NOT recommend this Doctor. I had my FIRST visit here and the doctor was (a) not present at my appointment time- and the staff had no idea when he would be in to the office, (b) rude when addressing his lateness, (c) stated “oh just female issues” when I told him about my endometriosis and fibroid conditions, (d) came in looking disheveled. I did not stay for the entirety of my appointment (which had to begin around 2pm, when I was originally scheduled for 10am) because he continuously gaslit me for initially questioning his professionalism."

"I am a current employee here this office is okay. However the patients are out of control. The staff also is very immature and lazy. When other staff members doesn’t do what they’re supposed to do everyone starts to get in the mix and customers complain and take it out on the front desk. Everyone half way does all the work here. I do not recommend this office as a positive work environment. There no hr dept so honestly we can’t really address our issues with anyone."

"I would not recommend scheduling an appointment here or bringing your family here. For starters, the front desk staff need hospitality training. They asked for my name when I checked in, but didn’t say anything else. I filled out a document then sat down. I arrived at 10:50 for an 11:00 appointment. After about 45 minutes with no word, I finally approached the staff and asked when the doctor would be able to see me. She said there were still 3 PEOPLE in front of me! Said it wirh a straight face as if there was not a problem. It was 11:45. If there were three people I front of me (30 mins each) I would have been sitting in the office until 1:30 BEFORE being treated. I told them to delete my records. I was a new patient, so that should not be difficult. Overall, this place truly is terrible. The office was very disorganized. The staff was not rude, yet had no service skills. There was paperwork everywhere behind the counter, and the doctor was on track to be over 3 hours late before seeing me for an 11:00 apointment. I can not imagine allowing this office to treat any important medical procedure nor trust them with my health. Do not visit this place!"

"Dr. Wills is a great communicator and asks the right questions, considering family history and lifestyles in making decisions for geriatric and cardiac care. A great family GP for multigenerational concerns, I’m also impressed with his care for my goddaughter. He has navigated regional staff shortages and the upheaval caused by covid well."
