"I phoned to get insurance quote for vehicle. I spoke to Monica Ross acollected all of my information DOB ID # address and email phone number then said someone will call you back. ??? What, i did not understand so I asked Ms. MONICA ROSS why would you collect my information before telling me you would have someone else give me the quote? She said is was the close to holiday. I had called throughout the day to get quote to speak to someone then she said she would do it. Ms. Ross said that I had a car accident reported under my MD id #. She verified the car she verified the date they found it. I asked her where is she reading this information? Mr. Monica Ross stated she could not tell me it was against the law. But strongly suggested I go to MVA. Well I reported that car stolen and even spoke to Sargent Evans in Glenn Burnie Md under the investigations unit Said there is no such law. He said he has no idea where she found this information that brokers use other services to find there information that the Sargent of investigation does not have access to? That the Ms. ROSS STATED THE CAR WAS REPORTED IN AN ACCIDENT IN Aug 5th 2021. I COULD NOT REPORT STOLEN BECAUSE GEICO COULD NOT GET THE CORRECT VIN NUMBER ON MY PAPER WORK. UNTIL AUG 2022 IRONIC HOW IT WAS ONE YEAR LATER. Ms. Ross said she could not talk to me because she would get In trouble she had already said too much. She sent me a quote on the same day I called back to sign a pay she asked for my bank account and my routing number. I asked Ms. Monica Ross am I to sign the paper work then pay. Ms. Monica Ross had to put me on hold and said she would have Malcom call me.. I called back after the holidays after Malcom left a message for me to call. When I called again I got Monica Ross, and told me the quote was denied. I asked two weeks later? I have asked to speak to Malcom or the owner but at no avail I can get a return call. I went to the MVA and retrieved a driving record clean nothing on it. She shouldn't even tell me why. She just said she would have Malcom call."
