"Dr. Engel is my favorite. He's very compassionate, understanding, and has a good sense of humor. I have endometriosis and after years of other providers blowing me off, telling me I had "anxiety", that I was out of options, etc., I've always had the opposite experience with him. He's always believed me, been supportive, and helped make procedures as comfortable as he can for me. He's helped me get a significantly better quality of life, and for that I am very very grateful!"
"Used to be a great practice now it’s hard to get an appointment (please stop calling me to remind me then never answer your phone when I call back) even online through the portal. No one answers the phone and call backs take days. Neither the doc nor PA look at my chart before they walk in. I know this because I’ve been called the wrong name and I have been repeatedly asked about my most recent mammogram; I had a double mastectomy 10 years ago. You’re really not paying attention. All of my questions about HRT and other symptoms this visit were dismissed. Time to find a new practice."

I left a congratulatory card with Brook at the front desk, and as usual, she greeted me with a smile and promised to deliver the card to Dr. Johnson.. I am grateful to have received the utmost in customer service and patient care at Reiter, Hill and Johnson over the years I wish Dr. Johnson joy and fulfillment in the next phase of her life. i shall be forever grateful for her care and compassion. "UPDATE: I appreciate the practice's prompt response to my public review, but they have made no attempt to reach me directly to rectify this issue. If the practice expects me to initiate further outreach to their office as a result of this review, please provide a contact name to minimize further inconvenience on my part. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been a patient of this practice for 15 years, and will sadly be seeking another practice because of my recent experience. First, the exam room was dirty with multiple splatters of blood on the cabinet doors. Second, the billing department did not apply this visit to my insurance on file and instead collected $500 from the card they had on file. I began notifying the billing department of the error immediately when I received the balance notification, but you are unable to reach anyone in the billing department by phone or email. I left multiple voicemails, and persuaded a patient coordinator in the office to try to intervene on my behalf after she confirmed the billing error. None of those efforts was successful and the balance was collected/stolen from me. These two combined instances of sloppiness are unacceptable and I will transition to another provider."
