"I came down from Ohio for thanksgiving and had some pretty bad engine problems on the way down, I went to 3 other dealerships and automotive place's who pretty much ignored me. I mean here I am 600 miles from my home ( my family lives her in whitsett), I was really just devestated! Anyway, 6 days later I’m still stuck. "Amazing shop pretty friendly. I brought my new car here to fix a coolant pipe the day I bought it. They weren't the best at giving me a call back for simple things like (When the part arrived or when they ordered it). At first I brought the car in on a Tuesday (8/29/23) and was told that they would look at it and order the part same day. I called on Thursday for an update and was told it hadn't been ordered yet. I decided not to bug them much more and waited till the next week on Tuesday (9/5/23) to contact them and I did get some answer but had to call back because I didn't receive an answer on if the part had arrived. But Maintenance was completed on (9/6/23). Rating Maintenance/Service:5 Customer Service:4 Price:4 Overall:5 (For outstanding Maintenance) I will be coming back for future maintenance.
