"this place do not care about your time. they always make me wait more than 1 hour every doctors visit. 1hour wait and 3 to 5mins with doctor thats all i got.. and the doctor give us falls hope (we told her i want to give birth at stone spring hospital because its very convenient to us she said somehow can do it) but then I AM 7months pregnant find out that she's not even affiliate at Stone Spring Hospital. my husband and i decided to change provider.. its waste of time. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!"
"I always have good experiences when visiting this office. One time they had to reschedule my appt because the doctor got called to the hospital to deliver a baby which is very understandable. Doctor is knowledgeable and has great bedside manor."
"Not a place you want to visit when expecting. They just want your money. They do not care about your time. They will make you wait for at least an hour before the doctor meets you. Not once but every time. The doctor makes you take tests so that they get money out of it. Two times no results came and we were billed . Somehow they never sent it to the lab. The doctor was adamant that she will deliver the baby. We told her we prefer stone springs hospital but she wanted to have the delivery in Reston. When she was in for delivery, she was angry about something and was passive aggressive at my wife for no reason. In between she decided she will go to sleep for 2 hours and the nurses will take over. We felt better with the nurses than with the doctor. Such an honorable profession and such a horrible person."
"The doctor was fine. She seemed nice and answered all the questions/addressed concerns calmly. However, the equipment at the facility was very old, some are broken. The worst experience is the front desk, who was very blunt and somewhat rude. She always cuts the conversation short and hurries to hang up and does not explain anything. She was only nice when she asked me to make advance payments. In addition, the facility has no standards and is very unorganized. They make you pay in advance collectively at each visit in whatever amount towards the total estimated price for all pre- and post-natal visits and delivery at the hospital - but they cannot break down the price i.e. to explain which exact services performed cost how much. And they had this table they wrote on hand how much money was paid advance at each visit. Each time the doctor did a minimal check, measuring my pregnant belly and only said everything looked okay and that’s it. Most of the times I had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor. It also took very long for the doctor to confirm the hospital and the delivery date. At 34 weeks of my pregnancy, I finally decided to change the doctor. I requested for a refund for the advance payment I made less the services performed at the pre-natal visits, but it’s been 4 months and it is still nowhere. I call them a number of times, the only thing they said was the billing department would call back - though I’m not so sure they have a separate billing department as such. It looks like there are only 3 persons in the entire clinic (the front desk, the nurse and the doctor)."
"Really used to love this obgyn. The doctor was wonderful but the front desk staff is terrible. Cindy especially. Haven’t been to them since my pregnancy loss in November and got multiple missed calls today and an email about how I urgently needed to reach out to them. Asking what on I was going to now. Asking why I didn’t see them anymore. I explained when I canceled the last appt I had a loss and I suppose they didn’t put the notes in or whatever. But to be harassed 6 months later is kinda ridiculous. And upset me all over again. So much for bed side manner"
