"While they have a nice location/facility, it does not make up for the poor customer service and disinterested care. Reception/front desk/phone/voicemail/triage “call you back” system they have is in disarray and has been for some time. Difficult to get ahold of doctors outside of appt, make appts and come in for tests. They have resources to be figured out by yourself on your own time, not theirs. If you’re still considering the practice after all that, for Dr. Green, this is a job, which is reflected in her give zero fs style. Dr Abraham is good and Dr B seemed good. There are a ton of comparable, messy group OB practices like this around. I’m not sure if it’s greed or incompetence, maybe both. Women deserve better."

"I've been a patient at Foxhall for close to ten years and delivered my first baby with them last year. I rotated through the physician during my pregnancy and Drs Pardo, Messinger, Miller, Lightfoote, Bren, and Davis-Wilensky were all phenomenal, exceptionally patient and informative and made my experience as a first time mom way less stressful. I will note that the patient portal isn't the best way to get an answer from the care team, especially if the question is time-sensitive, but the triage line is very responsive. The in-house lab is excellent, the front desk staff have always been lovely and helpful but their call center/answering service isn't great and wait times for appointments can get a little bit long. That said, I can't recommend the practice highly enough."

"HORRIBLE customer service & very poor response This is the WORST OBGYN i have ever been to. They have a patient portal but never respond, the doctors have an attitude and cannot relate to patients. Not delivering my baby with these people"

"Had an overall really good experience here for my pregnancy. Despite some frustrations with front desk staff throughout, my main doctor by the end - Dr. Bren- was fantastic. She was never irritated by my many questions (or follow up questions) but rather encouraged them, and she provided not just the answer but the context to actually understand it. She also did an amazing job w my delivery. Also saw Drs. Abraham and Beckerman a few times towards the end or afterward - both were excellent."

"Wonderful doctors, great experience all around in terms of medical care and bedside manner. Do not want that to be lost in this review. Truly disappointing from an office management and patient service perspective. No availability for ultrasounds - I was sent to a third party ultrasound provider multiple times because of no appts in their office, very unpleasant schedulers, so many added extra fees for every little thing - bloodwork, mat leave forms, etc. Ultrasound orders sent to third party locations were incorrect, required so much time on the phone verifying information etc. Just a bad experience and overlooked important details and no empathy or understanding of the situation."
