"Not at all impressed by Dr. Shrout. She was condescending when I was not able to answer some questions about my medical history. She ordered lab work and radiology for me but neglected to tell me until 2 weeks later that my lab work was normal and I didn't need additional testing. If she would have informed me more timely, I would have avoided an unnecessary trip to radiology and the $60 out of pocket expense."
