"1. You will wait an hour plus for every visit. The doctor will spend maybe 5 minutes with you after waiting. 2. You will be forced to schedule appointments for something quick that can be sent via message on the portal - and be billed ~$200 for it. 3. Your appointments will be repeatedly cancelled last minute (aka they were scheduled a couple months in advance, but re scheduled a couple of days before due to scheduling conflict on their end). 4. You will be billed for appointments/services that were rescheduled/did not happen (~$300). After repeated attempts to get in touch with the biller, your emails will be ignored, and it will be impossible to get useful information from her, aside from a "voicemail" that says to call back, with no other information. Dr. Steve's office was not a fun experience."
"Front desk stuffs are rude. I visited Dr. Nancy Behram after couple of years for a check up. She barely spent any time with me. I had some labs done. Results were uploaded on the patient portal on time. There were no follow up with the lab results. I tried to message the Dr. couple of time to clarify the results. Which I never got a response.i try calling the office no one answers. Once I got hold of someone after 3 days of trying she said she would let the Dr. know to respond to my messages. And she didn’t even ask for my name. Overall staffs are rude and careless. I would expect to have follow up or courtesy care for the patients."
"their PA is wonderful and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. unfortunately the doctors are awful, so if you need anything other than basic care I'd steer clear. during my pregnancy and postpartum period my concerns were dismissed, minimal time was given during appointments, the doctor didn't actually look at me at my 6 week exam and instead stood by my side and felt around. I was told to power through postpartum pain and found out months later when I went for a second opinion that I actually needed pelvic for therapy. I didn't truly grasp how bad my care was until I had my second child with another practice and my experiences were night and day."
"Was told I was having a girl. Gave birth on the 16th. Turns out they don’t know nothing. Turns out it was never a girl it was a boy. I’m glad my baby is healthy and everything. But they should have been more sure that they were telling my husband and I the correct gender. Because now we have to buy boy stuff and either throw away the girl stuff or keep it."
"I've been coming to Congressional Obgyn for about 13 years. The first few years were good. As time progressed I noticed the service was declining. I've had a couple of bad experiences here but there are 3 that stick out to me the most... 1. Back in 2014 when I was having contractions with my second daughter at the hospital he basically disregarded me and told me this was psychological (this seems to be a pattern with him) 2. In Aug or Sept of 2022 I went in for an STD test and had Jinkal unprofessionally judge me (prior to this I never had an issue with her) 3. Was this past Friday 9/15/2023. I went in to do the weightless program with them again -I had done so back in 01/2022 and was very successful. Once I became comfortable with my weight I had gained some weight and he decided to cut me from the program. This is my issue with this decision: I referred my cousin to him and she's been on these pills for years and she has never really been successful as I was so I always wondered why he discontinued me when I had lost a substantial amount of weight but my cousin who's been on these pills for years has only lost 10-15 lbs if that! my second issue with this is him telling me that Giant pharmacy will not provide me with this med (generic one) that I will have to go to CVS. After calling giant to ask if they will take the generic brand of this med they said yes but he still refused to send it over. I'm not sure why if Giant pharmacy already said yes.. I'm currently now waiting (9/19/23) for them to call me back to see if the transfer was made which I doubt it will be especially with his not so accommodating attitude which is why I decided to write a review. I'm not even gonna get into his bedside manner cause I'll run out of characters here! 9/20/23 Update: I got a call yesterday afternoon saying he still refused to send it over to giant pharmacy."
