"I called on Friday and speak to a lady and told her I have a uti . She then said that it will take 3 days for the Dr. Pleeter to give me a prescription she did not even mention the doctor was not there on Friday. I called just a few minutes ago and got the same unprofessional individual she had me on hold for 30 mins I then call back and she forgot to put me on hold and she was speaking very nasty about bout me to her coworker. I just hang the phone up.. I will definitely escalate this situation because I can’t trust my personal record with a worker that don’t want to be bothered."
