"The medical assistant and/or nurses were speaking negatively about either myself or another patient and I overheard. “Watch- you will be the one to deliver her, that will be a fun one!” And two seconds after that statement, doctor Kuhn knocked and walked into my room. When she asked how I was I sat there still in total shock at what I had just heard. Then I said I heard what the cma or nurse just said, and I told dr Kuhn I feel so uncomfortable, I’ve never heard such unprofessional conversations in a medical office. And dr Kuhn-with zero emotion-just stared back at me looking almost annoyed that I said what I said. She eventually said to me “oh no, she wasn’t talking about you, she was talking about another patient from earlier today because of the medications she is on.” As if that made these comments any more acceptable. Now I never wanna return nor would I ever want this team to be my delivery team. Look elsewhere, do your research. This is not the energy or attitude that a pregnant woman or especially a laboring woman needs! Do better Dr j Kuhn, you and your assistants/nurse!"
