"Would give well above 5 stars if I could. From the moment I walked in the doors for my first consult, I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Spivak and team made adult braces the least taboo and most seamless process ever. My treatment estimate was 12-18 months and I was completely done after only 11 months! Every single person who works here is not only professional, but personable, and I looked forward to seeing the team at every visit. The office staff was incredibly helpful with scheduling, FSA receipts, payment plans - phone calls are always answered or returned (never a robot!) and email/text responsiveness was also super efficient. Would highly recommend this practice to everyone of all ages and would not have a family member or friend go anywhere else but here."
