It was not the same Dentist as when I researched and made the appt. I was shocked that the Dentist cleaned my teeth, instead of a hygienist. And it wasn’t a good experience, water everywhere."

"I have been with this practice for years while Dr Williams was a dentist and loved her and those that worked in her office. My recent experience with the new team that took over has been horrendous. My initial encounter was to find that Dr Williams had left and I hadn’t been notified at all. Tried to come in for a deep cleaning after some extractions but the appointment was booked B incorrectly, which made me waste my time and money. Requested to just have a regular - FREE ANNUAL- cleaning due to my restraints on my new job. Was told I couldn’t get an annual cleaning but only three deep clean. I requested the deep cleaning MYSELF with Dr Williams, this did not come with a dental plan. When I had to go back and forth with the front desk person regarding my decision to have the annual cleaning done at that time; I was told that couldn’t be done. I then had a medical concern come up and tried to just get a cleaning so I didn’t have to worry about that. I was then told to see a specialist to say I didn’t need a deep cleaning. I found another dentist that was able to do an exam and found that a refusal cleaning was all that was needed. Nothing wrong with my guns etc. I also have had a credit with this practice for a few years; never was advised until I came in for extractions…a check your balance…. Requested my money back in OCTOBER, initially was told it would be up to 30 days, called back in November to be told that it would be another 30 days. The office manager was only interested in talking over me, along with Tabitha who sat at the front desk. Again I’ve been coming there for years, never had one issue. I’m still waiting for my check to come in the mail for my over payment. Do not go to this practice. Definitely not like Dr Williams"
