"This is by far the worst Journeys I have ever been to. I shop at Journeys all the time and I never thought I would ever say I won’t be going back to this one. The costumer service was awful. I didn’t like how the guy spoke to my mother, I honestly wanted to leave. He didn’t greet us when we enter, he made it seem as if we were in his way and he was just rude. I just don’t understand how that guy can be a manager of the store or someone under the manager position. There were too many mistakes with the computer there. Please get them some new computers because the screen was going in and out. I bought the shoes I wanted online at the store but I never received a receipt in my email."

"I tried to call the store to check and see if they had a certain shoe in stock. A different store location tried calling them for us and went straight to voicemail. After 2 hours we've tried reaching the mannassas store mulitple times. Still no answer we went into the store and tried asking for help. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help. The girl that we asked for help was rude and did'nt even say anything after we told her nobody answered the phone for 2 hours. Horrible customer service!!"
