When I called a store in Illinois, the woman I spoke to found the shoes I wanted and had them shipped to me. Everyone was amazing"

"Went in today and had a very pleasant experience with Penny, I was looking for some loggers for work, soft toe and waterproof. Penny got me a few pairs in my size, I ended up buying the USA made loggers and they’re great in my opinion, I wish Redwing would have some more logger options in soft toe but that is an overall production issue and not a reflection on the Bel Air store. I had a great experience, store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when I need some resoling or some new boots! Thanks a lot for the ease of purchase and availability of what I was looking for."

"I walked in to this store expecting a bad experience after reading the reviews, a lot of people complain a lot about customer service. I can say I had a good experience, even though they didn’t have my size for many boots I asked about, which I understand, you can’t have a lot of inventory when the shoes are expensive, at least in this economy. They ordered the boots for me, and told me it would take about 2 weeks, I got a called within 7 days to pick them up. I met 2 employees and they were both very polite and willing to help. I usually don’t write reviews, unless service is extremely bad, but I wrote this review because of my low expectations due to previous reviews, to let others know the good interactions based on my personal experience."

"We shop at this Red Wing shoe store all the time. We have never had a negative experience ever. The staff has always been kind, courteous and very helpful. Their boots maybe expensive in some people's eyes; however, I feel you get a superior quality product which is what you are paying for. I've purchased other brands of boots and they just didn't hold up."
