"Dan Brothers is the best cobbler in Federal Hill. I’ve gotten entire sole repairs on boots done there. I’ve also gotten shoe shining done there as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and will even show you the parts they will use to repair your shoes (soles in my case). If you have a nice pair of shoes that you want to maintain, this is the place to go. If you’re unsure of how you can repair a certain shoe, this is the place to go. Lastly, I will say that when it comes to the time estimates on when your shoes will be done they are always accurate. If they say “your shoes will be done on Tuesday”, then your shoes WILL be done on Tuesday. Sometimes even earlier!"

"These guys definitely know how to save a pair of shoes. I have a pair of Jimmy Choo boots that needed to be brought back to life and they did just that. They gave me a new sole, entirely new leather on my heels and got rid of any scratches around the boots. They practically look brand new and they did it all fast enough for me to pick them up the very next day. They are a bit pricier than other cobblers I’ve been to but you absolutely get what you pay for. I couldn’t be happier and will be going back in the future."

"14 pairs of heels, boots, sandals and a belt needed work, some major work. Like the feather heels, the bottom was completely cracked and the spikes had to be reinforced. Many of the shoes are designer, over 10 years old and for the ones that aren't designer, they look it now! Not only were the Owner and his staff incredibly friendly, but I also love that they just didn't take my money...they told me when a fix couldn't be achieved so it was up to me to decide if I wanted to move forward. Very happy with the work and will return."
