"This store is always a wreck! The employees chatting about their personal lives in front of us..the customer, me personally I don't want to learn or know anything about your life. I can never find anything that I'm looking for because the store is in a disarray."
"Horrible customer service, girlfriend ordered a $5 toy online for our daughters birthday gift and received an email saying the order was ready for pick-up. when I arrived they would not let me pick up the item even though I could provide receipt or order and email stating order was ready for pick-up. an associate had the manager (Catrina) on the phone she thought it was appropriate to say that I was being rude when all I was trying to do is pick-up a toy for my daughters birthday, come to find out the order was never fulfilled and they did not have the toy we purchased in stock. her reasoning was nothing but smoke and mirrors. Catrina should not be a manager or needs more training dealing with customers, I asked for corporates contact information and she just left me sitting on the phone in silence."
"The staff here is the absolute best. A young man helped me find a phone charger. He answered my questions with knowledge. The manager helped me check out quickly and easily. I recommend that location. Easy access and ample parking."
