"Our 3 year old has been at Carmen's for a little over 6 months and it's been a great experience. We switched her from a daycare that was closing - and had sort of been going downhill for a bit - and it's been great for her, and for us. From the beginning it was clear that Carmen, the owner, takes cleanliness, compliance with industry standards and safety seriously. They've been great at communicating with us and it feels like our little one is part of a family there. We've been very pleased with Carmen's Pride & Joy's professionalism and personal touch. It's a great environment and we feel good dropping our little girl off - and picking her up - every day."

"Our 16 month old daughter has been going to CPJ since she was 5 months old. I can't say enough positive things about Ms. Carmen and her staff. We find so much comfort sending our child to a place that is safe, loving, educational, and fun. They do a fantastic job of communicating via an app to track feedings, diapers, and naps as well as photos and videos of their day. The in-home setting is warm and familial, so much so that we've done overnights there! We trust Ms. Carmen and are so happy to have CPJ as part of our village."

"I can't say enough good things about Carmen's. My two-year-old daughter has been there for about eight months. They have been like family and such a light during this difficult year. The teachers are so loving and thoughtful. My daughter loves them and loves the other kids. I really love the small group setting where my daughter, an only child, can play with and learn from older and younger kids. I'm also a fan of the app with updates throughout the day. It's great to see snippets of the activities and fun they have."

They are incredibly loving and kind with my daughter, sharing her joys of exploration and playtime and comforting her when she is upset. Carmen made such a warm, welcoming space that is super convenient within the Kingman Park neighborhood. I can't recommend Carmen and her team highly enough!"
