"I wouldn't let these people watch my dog!"
"This is the most unprofessional child care facility I've ever encountered in my life. (I left 1 star because that was the minimum.) Not only did they forget to pick up my child from school one day, but they also thought it was appropriate to facilitate violence between two children. Rather than breaking up an altercation between two children, speaking to the kids about their actions, and separating them; one of their instructors (Monica) felt it was ok to have the kids hit back (essentially teaching them "eye for an eye"). Teaching young kids to get an "eye for an eye" is not only irresponsible, but also a form of gross misconduct. Considering the climate we live in today, it is important to teach kids that there are other ways of handling disputes. Not to mention that logic can be detrimental to a child's future if used in a different setting and/or when they reach their teenage/adult years. Nevertheless I'm happy to say I WILL NO LONGER BE CONDUCTING BUSINESS with The Kidz Factory."
