"So disappointed. So poor customer service. They couldn’t resolve any problems. Store phone does not work. You could not cancel your order, you could not change the name of person for pick up. When you sick, you need to stress what to do with order. I do not want to deal with Pandora anymore. And I am switching for different brand."

"came into the store to do an exchange for something I got for Christmas to a smaller size. The person said they were the manager and could not help me since I was wearing the bracelet. Had a nasty facial expressions the whole time as soon as I stepped into the store. I also needed to pick up an online order and I asked about it and it was not ready but after leaving the store and mall I get an email as I am walking out saying my order for store pickup was ready. Honestly, recommend never stepping foot into this store."
"I came in to repair a faulty bracelet and the sales lady and manager helped me out tremendously. They told me my bracelet was still within warranty to get it replaced and they helped me with that transaction. The ladies were so sweet and efficient. Highly recommend!!"
