"I was in the store for 20 minutes and the jeweler got mad at me for taking up too much time with the women who was helping me. Who, during the time she was helping me, helped another customer and took a phone call. Crazy. I've never been treated so poorly while trying to give someone my business. I feel bad because the woman was very nice and apologetic for his behavior but this guy deserves no business."

"If I could give fewer stars I would. I took a charm bracelet to this store to have the charms attached. I was given a price to have all 16 charms an 4 jump rings permanently attached to the bracelet. One of the charms came off the bracelet less than 30 days after paying in full for the service. I returned to have the charm reattached only to be told it would cost me $25 and that half the charms were not sauntered on the bracelet, which is what I paid for. The owner proceeded to raise his voice at me when I questioned paying anything additional for work I already paid for, but by his own admission had not been done. Don't support this business. It doesn't stand by its work and charges too much for subpar service and workmanship."

"Went to Mr. Martin to get a custom engagement ring designed and made. Working with him was a breeze, and he provided a high quality product at a very fair price with a quick turnaround time. During the design process, he did not try to sway my decision (other jewelers we reached out to did not want to work with moissanite or heavily pushed diamonds), and made practical design suggestions where appropriate. He kept us updated on his progress through email with pictures. We will definitely be going back to get our wedding bands made by him!"
