"This has been my family's dentist office for over 14 years. They were at one time, always very caring and attentive. The dentists and hygienists are still amazing but they really need to make some changes with their front desk staff. They are not pleasant nor are they knowledgeable about the job they are performing. I've had so many issues with them making careless mistakes (without any apology) in the last year or so that I'm seriously considering a new dental practice."
