"The old man who owns the shop sold me a 14kt piece as 18kt (the bail was too small for me to read) and has refused to make the situation right via store credit. I used to frequent this business but I would NEVER recommend anyone shop here as the man is a thief and a crook looking to make as much money and mislead as many people as possible."

"I’m only giving this place two stars because the customer service was good. But the quality of their products is trash to say the least. Purchased a “1,200.00” bracelet for Christmas for my son. Because it was a gift, we had to bring it back AFTERWARDS to get it fitted. They originally tried to charge for a service they said we’d receive for free. On the way home from getting links taken out, the bracelet broke. The jeweler attached the wrong piece. Took it back the next day, different guy assisted. Two days later, bracelet broke again. We also purchased a less expensive one $400 for my grandson. I’m afraid to even let him wear it (he’s 13). I will never purchase jewelry from a store that’s not a chain again. Too much money gone to waste. I’m livid."

"On 6/10/21 I I purchase a gold chain from gold palace in Annapolis mall. I was told that it was real 14 karat gold. On 8/10/2021 I return the chain because it has started changing colors. The older gentleman told me told me that I have purchased gold over silver. I am allergic to silver. I would never purchase silver. To add insult to injury he told me I had Mercedes taste with a Honda budget. In fact I have a custom made 100th anniversary edition of the corvette that the superbowl player could not except because his endorsed Ford cars. He told me give him $950 and he could exchange my chain. I told him to give me back my money or exchange it for something else. He said.nothing in this store is worth that chain. At this point I am look for legal advice for the principal of the matter. Don't sell junk jewelry for to real deal. Please dont buy from this store you would have problems no matter what your status is. Very disappointed. I you look at the picture the real one is on the right."

"One of the most terrible businesses ever!!!! Made a purchase there for a men’s beaded bracelet and the bracelet clasp broke after two weeks. Went back to exchange the bracket or have it repaired and the older guy gave me hardest time. Asked to exchange the bracelet and he then proceeded to have me to choose another bracket and then said he would add links to have it to fit. The guy then comes to me and wants to charge me $59 for the new bracelet… really? The older salesman didn’t want to honor the fact of there being a defect. Tried to question when I purchased it and if I had the receipt. Showed the guy the receipt and he told me to come back next week to fix the clasp. After having an altercation with this guy, ended up dealing with other salesman who repaired the clasp right there. Not to even mention that there another guy there having an altercation with the same guy… Definitely not a business to support!!! The rudeness to their clients and shady business was a complete let down. Lesson learned. Never deal with a shady business that doesn’t honor a defective product or value it’s clients. Never will I buy from them again."

"I received terrible service from this kiosk/business. I had three watch battery replaced and they tried to charge me for four. Only when I balked at the "error" was the sale recalculated. I was given my merchandise without a bag and had to ask for one. By the time I got to my car, one watch still wasn't working. I returned it with the receipt the next day. Prior to agreeing to fix it, the same gentleman stated that it worked when he repaired it. I said it didn't by the time I got to my car and couldn't return then because the mall was closed. He looked at it again and said the battery was fine but the casing needed to be cleaned and that he could do that for me. I asked if he intended to charge me and he said no. The watch works now. But since he had the watch the day before, why didn't he notice the casing and clean it then? I will never return there and do not recommend them to anyone."
