Michaels

"Wow, apparently Michaels has changed their return policy recently and you cannot return an open item. I spent $151 here last night. Well, technically more because I bought another frame that was clearly opened because it was wrapped in clear plastic and had a sticky note on it with the sku handwritten but because of this the associate had to ring it up on a separate register. The $151 receipt is in the photo attached to this review. I’m one of the few people left I guess that likes to buy photo frames in person since it feels like Michaels is one of the only places left to find a plethora of these in store. I bought 2 float frames in the mixture of frames last night and opened one when I returned home to find out the mount wouldn’t work on my wall. So when I came back today for the return I was very surprised to find out it couldn’t be returned. I hadn’t used it - it just had no plastic on it. I literally just purchased a very clearly returned frame last night. It’s a $13.59 frame so I’m not really out. LOL. But seriously Michaels- in a time where brick and mortar retail is dwindling and everyone is going online- are you really willing to lose the last of your customers who still want to shop in person?"

"I just went here because they advertised having rocks here, like geodes, stones. They had only a few, just a tiny section. We ended up leaving without buying anything. It’s a great craft supply store though!"

"Almost everything an artist can use, all in one place. They have a great selection of acrylic paints,and canvases of all sizes. They always have good deals on T- shirts if you buy a couple. They have a lot of seasonal decor. There are plenty of fun items to try if you want a new hobby, as well as items for the professional. The workers are always friendly helpful and happy. I would be too if I worked at an arts and crafts store."
