I bought a gift for my wife but she didn't like it and so want to return it after a few days but they refused. The item was in a perfect condition. "Purchased Tiger's Eye bracelet on layaway in July. It broke a few weeks later because it was cheap stainless steel when the "Gentleman" who helped me put it on layaway called it .925 silver. Called to talk to someone about it getting repaired because I don't do anything rigorous throughout my day. They told me to come up and they "may be able to work something out". I did and they proceeded to waste my time and make jokes among each other, disrespecting the item I purchased and told me I had to pay to have the item repaired and to "buy another one & we'll give you a good deal" as she laughs and walks off... Very rude and disrespectful staff. I wasn't looking for a handout for my item being broken but the fact they acted as if I was so beneath them was my biggest issue. I will NEVER shop here and advise anyone reading this beware. They are swindlers."
