"Grifters, cons, and straight faced liars… I went there for a nose piercing for my daughter. The older gentleman working there stated it would be $30, including stud and everything. I thought was pretty reasonable because that was five dollars more than the price they quoted upstairs. I asked if that price includes everything and any stud and the gentleman replied yes it does. I told them I wanted a small gold stud as my daughter wears a lot of gold jewelry. I should’ve knew something was wrong because the gentleman was taking a long time going through multiple drawers to find the stud. He handed it off to a young lady and she pierced my daughters nose. As the piercing was completed I went to pay them and the price jumped to $45. The sales associate told me I must not have understood the gentleman when he quoted the price, as he has an accent. I was annoyed, but I paid for it. As I was looking at my daughter’s nose piercing up close, I noticed that the stud was not gold as promised. And I confronted the kiosk about this error. The three sales associates argued me down stating that it is gold and that I’m not looking at it correctly because it’s a lighter gold than what I was expecting. So then I’m stuck with this nose piercing that is not what I asked for and the associates are trying to tell me that I did not hear what I thought I hear heard and I don’t see what I am looking at. It wasn’t until it was time to use in the piercing care get that accompanied the purchase that I looked at the box and it clearly reads titanium nose piercing… Everyone who works there is just a liar and a grifter. Your money is much better off spent elsewhere…. THIS PLACE LACKS INTEGRITY AND IT’S JUST PLAIN AWFUL…"
