"I couldn't imagine sending my kid to any other daycare. I found this place quite by accident and have been sending my kiddo there since they were 3 months old. They just turned 2. As a former nanny/childcare provider, I cannot sing the praises of this provider enough. She is attentive, responsive, and has a special connection with each kid that comes through her doors. My kiddo has absolutely thrived here and my life as a single parent is just a little bit easier knowing we've got Young Hearts as our home away from home."
"My son attended this daycare over a year ago so this review is coming late, but I had completely forgotten about this lady until a friend of mines was doing her own daycare search and saw a picture of my son recently posted on this lady’s page. Obviously I was baffled - seeing as though my son was pulled from her care in 2021. Me and his father were going through a separation at the time and I was also suffering with severe postpartum depression. Needless to say, Keaire only made things more difficult. She would make up any excuse to not watch him and still get paid. One time she claimed he had diarrhea all over his clothes only 5 minutes after I dropped him off and was on my way to work. When I arrived at the door to get him - she opened the door, handed him off, and closed the door in my face - no words exchanged. As I examined him, I noticed that he had on the same clothes I had just dropped him off in and that there was no diarrhea in sight. She also became very rude and condescending after the money exchanged hands - showing a whole different personality than the one that was displayed in the initial meet and greet. Dad notes that during this time he would come to drop our son off in the morning and she would sometimes be 15-30 minutes late… even though she was operating a HOME daycare. She also had a strict cut-off time and refused to take him if you came after her allotment - which is understandable, but inconsistent if you as the provider are frequently late yourself. He also noted that she never returned the security deposit even though he gave proper notice. Please pay attention when hiring care providers. Read ALL reviews and do thorough research. Keaire, please stop using pictures of my son for marketing as I do not support your business. The most recent one you posted on July 21, 2022 that says “morning play” is deceptive to your current and future clients, as he is not currently enrolled at your center."
