"Do not bring your kids here! It’s absolutely filthy—like the health department needs to be called. I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of care that has taken place at this facility. There was molded food inside the ball pit, along with food, hair, and unanimous particles on the climbing area to the slides and tunnels. Lastly, it is a red substance smeared on the side of the climbing area with a fingerprint(blood? Who knows). FILTHY FILTY!!! Do better, for the kids and babies that come here."
"Wishing I could give zero stars because this place is clearly biased when it came to some things. Some large short haired lady followed me and my nieces around and was yelling and being extremely rude to them and telling them what they can and can't do even though other kids was able to do whatever they wanted. Then acted like I was wrong for asking why she was yelling at them for other things kids was clearly allowed to do. This isn't the first time we came here and this has happened, something similar happened before they upgraded their stuff. My sister in-law payed for a whole day pass and couldn't even stay for a hour because of how rude some staff was being. Highly suggest not taking your children here."
"Booking online was easy and staff during the entire event were very professional!! I held a birthday party for my granddaughter and we were able to bring in outside food , cake etc which othe party vendors did not allow ( even a cake!) I was given an hour to set-up beforemy event. All of the kids enjoyed their 2 hours of bouncing around. Very affordable to book. I received my deposit back right away which I loved!! The party room had plenty of space, lots of chairs and tables were provided for us!!"
"Fantastic playroom for children! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Big, comfortable and kid-friendly play area with access to snacks and beverages. Loved the wall art. Restroom and lockers available, as well as a party room. Seating was quite durable and cozy even for someone my size. I could sit down to relax. What a great place!"
