"After leaving two other daycares this year for reasons that would make any parents stomach turn I have finally found a home away from home for my little guy! His teachers are absolutely amazing and love on him just as I would. The director is absolutely amazing with how hands on and dedicated she is and don't even get me started on the owner! Jenn (the owner) is hands down one of the most beautiful and loving people you could hope to cross paths with. She is incredibly invested in making sure every child is loved on and thriving to their fullest potential. I daily see pictures of her in the classrooms interacting with the children, and witness her first hand greeting kids at the door. She makes it a goal to make sure every child is taken care of as if they were her own. I can not be more appreciative of the care they provide for my son on a daily basis because at a point where I didn't think my child would ever see the inside of another daycare they provided a safe haven, and I will be forever greatful. #DroolOn #DroolingForever."

"My oldest daughter attended Drool Timonium years ago. When we had our second daughter I was so excited that Jenn had opened a new center closer to our new home in Owings Mills. We have had a wonderful experience here. The teachers care about the kids and on days where drop off involves tears for my sweet girl I get photos of her playing happily a few minutes later because the staff understands it hurts your heart to see your kid cry (even if its for a second). Jenn (the owner) takes time to hire wonderful staff and directors. Erica is one of my daughters favorite people in the whole world. When my daughter is out sick I get messages from teachers asking if she is ok and checking in on her. Ms. Kyndall is another of our daughters favorite teachers, even when we moved up out of her class she still sends photos visiting my daughter on the playground! When we were part time we were going to miss the Easter Bunny so Erica made sure we still got photos! I know they have a lot of children to care for but feeling like my child is given the time and attention during a busy day is always so appreciated!"

"My infant daughter attended daycare here for several months. She has been scratched twice by other children (bad enough to bleed), she has had the wrong stuff sent home or not sent home at all, and she has sometimes gone 8 hours in their care only eating 2-4 ounces total. What really led me to write this review is I wrote the director Jenn directly to discuss why there are days when I don't see photos of my daughter but plenty of the other children and why she was left out of a drawing of all the girls in her class. It took her 6 days to respond (apparently she was traveling for another job out of the county????) to say that she needed time to send a more thoughtful response, which she never did. As an owner of a business, especially a business where you have babies in your care, you should be responsive and this should be your primary focus. I just picked her up for the last time and had to go back inside three times in order to gather all of her belongings. They lost her sheets and apparently she hasn't been sleeping in her crib all week. Really unacceptable and really disappointed. Giving two stars because some of the staffers are very nice and responsive, especially Alexa."

"Drool of Rock has brought my husband and I great peace of mind. I had my son in a different daycare when he was three months old and he came home daily soaked in spit up and developed rashes. We switched to Drool a few weeks later. It’s been a year and they’ve been amazing from day one. They love each baby and child as their own and my son lights up seeing his teachers every day. They have a great curriculum and we couldn’t be more pleased to have him here during his most important formative years."
