Hyper Kidz Baltimore

"I’ve been here 3-4 times now. The first time the music was extremely loud but it was better the last 2 times. Overall it’s a cool place, but obvious that staff do not climb up into the kid’s areas to clean. The light bright board in the bottom part of the toddler area is also no longer functioning, and the staff says it’s because everyone stole the pegs, which was our favorite thing here. There are parts of the climbing areas that do not feel sturdy to me. Someone needs to go around and do a thorough check of all the areas. It felt exceptionally dirty last time we were there. I understand kids are messy but I have not seen any staff cleaning or even present anywhere but the front desk every time I’ve come. I’m not that picky and I am realistic in what I expect in places that serve lots of families. There are areas of the play zones that have not been cleaned in a very, very long time. There’s a water trampoline in the baby area which is so cool, my child loved it… but it has an old cigarette (or trash that looks very much like a cigarette) stuck and floating inside of it, along with the other fake seaweed and creatures that are supposed to be in there."

"My kids really like this place. Sometimes it gets a little too crowded for me but doesn’t bother the kids, so as long as they happy, I’m happy."

"My kids had a great time here. I'd say it's best for 7 and under. There's a whole side of the place geared only for children 7 and under. It wasn't enforced, but things look like they're getting very well used from some older kids not playing nicely. The jungle gym is great. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase. I think they need to enforce the 2 and under area though because there were some really big kids running around there making it hard for the Littles to play."

"across-the-board it was a good experience, just some flaws that need to be looked over and fixed. The area inside the jungle gyms needs to be cleaned thoroughly and vacuumed, the toddler area where the swings are needs to have an employee supervising as older kids just swing and hit the young kids. The loudspeaker by the toddler area needs to be turned down as it was too loud to even hear my kid or have a simple conversation."

"I had my sons 2nd birthday party here and the service was excellent! Jordan and Carla was assigned to my party as host. They were very attentive and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The facility was clean and all of the kids including my now 2 year was entertained. Everything went smoother than I expected. We’ll definitely be visiting Hyper Kidz a lot for playtime."
